The following framework provided us with the roadmap for tackling Vuer's user experience challenge,
focusing on engagement, monetization, and accessibility in a structured, data-backed manner.

Extended view module

  • Provides dashboard for client to set alternate cameras

  • Tracks live positions of alt POVs inside venue map

  • Syncs TV app with mobile app in same wifi network

  • Allows user to switch POVs on demand**

  • Enables media player to recognize 360º video feeds

  • Enables mobile trackpad to rotate 360º video feeds*

  • Relays audio to mobile device for headphone use*

In the face of a rapidly changing business model, our project has been a dynamic challenge. Conducting frequent usability tests has been our compass, steering the design to meet evolving needs.

Meet Vuer XT—a versatile app for immersive content on TV and/or mobile. Offering extra content for exploration, it's a prime platform for brand advertising.

The app's core feature lets users control camera views at events, from concerts to store visits, with added perks like language control and audio source management.

Overcoming the hurdle of user interaction with 360-capable cameras, our latest update includes a "control hub" for intuitive camera placement on a simplified venue croquis through the "View" tab. The addition of an "Options" tab enhances the user experience, providing features like interpreters and language control. This update aims to streamline the journey through Vuer XT, making it more seamless, inclusive and engaging.
